Choose one cheese from each of the following categories:
Bloomy: Super rich Delice de Bourgogne or silky smooth Fromager D’Affinois
Hard Ripened: Caramelish Borenkaas, hearty, nutty Cave Aged Gruyere, classic
Pecorino Toscano, or sweet and extra sharp Wookey Cave Aged Cheddar
Washed Rind: Succulent Taleggio, funky St Nectaire, or rich Morbier
Blue: Earthy Bleu d’Auvergne or creamy Gorgonzola Dolce
Platters are artfully garnished with fruit spread, dried fruit and nuts, and greens. The price
includes crackers or sliced Balthazar baguette and cheese id cards. Platters feed 10-15.
